Write for us
Open Wellness Guide welcomes thoughtful pitches about the small, often overlooked details that shape everyday wellbeing. Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option.
What we welcome
We are interested in original, carefully framed work on rest, attention, movement, connection and daily rhythms. Strong pitches make one subject clear, explain why it matters to curious readers and offer a fresh angle rather than a broad promise to improve anyone's life.
A good pitch
Tell us the proposed subject, the central idea, the intended reader and how the piece would approach the topic. Note any relevant sources or potential conflicts of interest. We favour useful explanations, considered comparisons, cultural or historical context and gentle, realistic ways to think about ordinary choices.
Our standards
Submissions should be original, accurate and written with respect for differences in circumstance. Do not present medical claims, diagnosis or treatment advice as general guidance, or claim research, testing or first-hand experience that did not take place. We may edit accepted work for clarity and length; sending a pitch does not guarantee publication.
Wellbeing is a lived experience, not a checklist
We pay attention to the details of ordinary life and make space for different preferences, circumstances and ways of feeling well.
